I understand that my balance is due in full four weeks prior to my departure date. *

I understand that I represent Echo Community Church while on this trip and will conduct myself in a godly manner. *

I understand that all alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, illegal weapons, and profanity are prohibited during the entirety of this trip. *

I will cooperate with and respect the team leaders and my fellow trip participants to ensure unity among the team. *

I understand that I am responsible for my transportation to and from BWI. *

I am paying a $175 deposit upon approval of my application by cash, check, or online payment. My deposit will be applied to my trip balance. This deposit is non-refundable unless I am not offered placement with the team. *

Applications will not be processed without this deposit. If not offered placement with the team, the deposit will be refunded.

I understand that applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. *

I understand the following payment schedule: *

$175 deposit due after application approval, $300 due October 31st 2025, $300 due December 12th 2025, $300 due January 23rd 2026, $300 due March 6th 2026, $300 due April 17th 2026, and final balance $300 due May 29th 2025

I have a current passport that will be valid through the date of this trip or will be applying for a passport. I will provide a legible copy of my passport to Echo Community Church, and I understand my application is not complete until this is received. *

I understand that it is imperative that I attend all team meetings, including packing night (the date when we pack containers filled with ministry supplies). *

I understand that my deposit does not confirm my placement on the team. Placement is confirmed when I receive an email from Echo Community Church verifying that my application has been accepted. *

Please remember, this application process is not complete until you have submitted this form, a legible copy of your passport, and the $175 deposit.
